Everyday Movements

No, I am not talking about stock market movements, I mean physical movements. In this day and age, people are moving less and sitting on their asses more. I don’t mean being lazy, but the demands of today’s work are so different from the previous generation’s that we are getting much less physical activity than is required. The reason I bring up this topic is because I routinely hear people complaining of lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain or any of the numerous body pains associated with tight muscles. Updating OS in Google Compute Engine

A few days ago, I decided to update my Google Compute Engine instance which was running an older Debian version. It is now almost 9 months since I retired and yet my To-Do list keeps on growing and … Continue reading “Bored In Retirement. Not.”

Before I get started, you have to remember a few things about my reasons for retirement. First, I did not retire to do a startup and run like crazy. That is not to say that I am playing video games and watching TV all day either. I found my Nirvana by doing just enough and not too much. I have a lot of free time and my … Continue reading “My Daily Routine”
